The FANA proposal combines North and South Towers above a shared podium in downtown Bellevue. Retail and dining occupy the lower levels, with residential accommodation and shared amenities above.
The ground-level plan coordinates storefronts, drop-off areas, garage access, and a mid-block pedestrian connection. Terraces and rooftop spaces extend the shared program above street level.
I worked as a project designer in Callison’s Seattle office during 2015–2016, contributing through schematic design and design development.
